					<description>It is interesting that you say IBS is more physical than psychological and then list symptoms that usually come with it like lower back pain, headaches, sleep disturbances, fatigue, sexual dysfunction, etc. These symptoms are frequently  stress related (psychological) in nature.          I am a hypnotherapist who  helps people with IBS. There are always stressful  evernts that contribute to the symptoms of IBS. If these events can be neutralized by hypnosis and another technique called EFT, the symptoms dissappear. This leads me to believe that IBS is mainly caused and triggered by  psychological   causes.</description>
